NZAC National Indoor Bouldering Series
We at Uprising are stoked to sponsor the first-ever NZAC National Indoor Bouldering Series. Four of the sweetest indoor bouldering venues in the country are teaming up with the Alpine Club to bring you a series of super fun evenings of bouldering mayhem. These events are for all ages and suit everyone from bouldering mutants to people who have never tried climbing before.
They run from 6-9pm on a Saturday evening and cost, wait for it, just $10!

John Muir 2010 International Guest Speaker Tour
Through his journeys from the top of Everest to the North Pole, the Central Desert of Australia to Antarctica, Australian Jon Muir has created a reputation as one of the great adventurers of modern times. In conjunction with World Expeditions, the NZAC are hosting Jon Muir as the 2010 International Guest Speaker.
The dates and venues for Jon's visit are:
• August 30: Auckland
• August 31: Wellington
• September 1: Dunedin
• September 2: Christchurch
• September 3: Wanaka (Cardrona)
